- Hubert is a great trainer and I would be happy to have him as an instructor again.
- Hubert did an excellent job with the material. I would suggest emphasizing the "practical" applications more, in terms of seeing actual atifacts used to manage actual Scrum projects, actual tools-options (Rally and others), more concrete exercises, etc. That said, this was a very good course, and I would recommend it to others.

- Hubert maintained a steady rhythm during the class and kept the group engaged through a variety of facilitation methods. He was an engaging and sage instructor. As Agile/Scrum methods creep their way into non-software development arenas, I feel ScrumMaster trainers, who are clearly firmly grounded in software application of the framework, should be able to demonstrate how to apply Agile methods in developing anything. Be it electromechanical devices(e.g. a camcorder) or marketing strategies or etc. In general, there seems to be a lack of knowledge built around non-software application of Scrum and it's clear Scrum will find it's way to a broader audience over time.
- I've used agile/lean practices formally for the past 3 years and informally for much longer. Having prior experience, this course helped me to tie together some of the concepts regarding the SCRUM methodology. For myself, I found the course to be informative and useful. However, my sense is that if someone came into this course with no prior lean/agile or SCRUM knowledge/experience, they would not be able to effectively function as a SCRUM Master w/o further training, coaching, study, and experience. I came across several people in the course who had no or very little prior lean/agile experience. My observation was that they (like many people who first encounter lean/agile) struggled with the basic concepts and the mindshift that many people need to make before they can understand what lean/agile is and how it can be applied to their day-to-day activities and programs.

- More focus on a) agile within a large corporation, b) in multi-site environment, and c) the role of architecture would be helpful. Concrete business data on benefits would also be useful. But overall, a good course!

- I know it’s your job, but with Agile and Scrum, it always helps to learn from people who are also genuinely interested in your success.
Our organization has been able to apply more of the practices, mostly at the daily, sprint, and release level. Even though we are an organization of only 40 people, it’s amazing to see the amount of complication that exists and how Scrum helps expose and eliminate those. We are using the 5 levels of planning, among other references, as a guide to implementing those. I am learning so much even after 2 years of doing this.

We had a flurry of activities at the end of the course that was a little distracting but that was not Hubert's fault: many attendees wanted to leave early. Overall, I had great time learning. - The course was very interesting and thought provoking, allowing me to evaluate how my organization handles software.
- I really enjoyed Hubert's teaching style. He was extremely knowledgeable, practical, respectful and fun. My only thought is that he may want to have a lapel microphone because he is soft spoken. It would help the folks in the back of the room to hear.

- This was one of the best training sessions I have had in my career. Hubert was very organized, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We had a very diverse group but I felt he was able to tap into their expertise and use there questions to provide individual examples - exactly what I wanted to hear. The exercises were very, very powerful and provided live, real-time situations that we needed to react to. I feel fully ready to move forward with the Agile/Scrum processes because of this training!

- Hubert was professional, motivated, and truly engaged in the class and in the teaching process. He managed the class with expertise, answering questions and providing valuable feedback to all. - I usually am pretty critical in reviews like this, but Hubert was exceptional in all aspects as a Scrum Instructor. He was cordial with a sense of humor while still keeping the class focused and on track. We all benefited from his instruction and would recommend him to others.
